Contact Gecko Early to Make It Easy
Gecko will need to set you up on their platform, and place the order with us to connect your house with their data centre. This can take up to 14 days so it is important to have your order placed with Gecko well in advance of moving in.

Make sure you have the correct street address when placing your order with Gecko.
If you are in a new subdivision, it may have recently had new street numbering. We are unable to accept lot numbers.
How do I know if NGN fibre can service my address?
Simply call and ask Gecko – they will check the address and suggest the best connection method. If NGN fibre is available then that will be the connection method they recommend.
